Series of Taiwanese guest shifts at Bangkok bars

19-20 March, 7pm onwards

Stranger & Sons collaborates with Taiwanese bar icon Jaffee Hsu to bring multiple Taiwanese bars and some of their best hospitality to Bangkok. Taking over several venues in Bangkok, the schedule is as follows:

March 19th – Kavalan Bar at Banyan Tree Moon Bar, 7pm to 1pm
March 19th – Tipsy at 008 Thonglor, 9pm to 12am
March 19th – Origin at Lost in Thaislation, 9pm to 12am
March 20th – Bitter Burro at Aqua Bar, 7pm – 11pm
March 20th – TCRC at Mahaniyom, 8pm-11pm
March 20th – Commons at F*nky Town, 8pm-12am (Closing Party)

At the closing party at F*nky Town, all guest bartenders will be there, perfect for those who may have missed them on other days. DJ Lucky is also flying in from Taipei to provide some groovy beats.

Ja’afar & Christopher of Atlas Singapore guest shift at Havana Social

19 March, 8-11pm

Turn back time to the golden age of jazz as Atlas Singapore is in the house. Ja’afar and Christopher are beloved for their hospitality, and they’re showcasing their magic for one night only at Havana Social. A great drink in hand makes dancing the night away all the more enjoyable, so book those tables before they’re all gone.

Juan Yi Jun and Jeffery Domingo of No Sleep Club guest shift at Bar Us

20 March, 8pm-midnight

No Sleep Club is famed for inventive, creative drinks as they infuse both traditional and modern techniques into flavour profiles we’re already familiar with. Fermentation? Sure. Vacuum distillation? Of course. Their co-founder Juan Yi Jun, along with bartender Jeffrey Domingo will be manning the stations at Bar Us for one night only.

Jazz nights at Philtration

21-23 March, 9pm onwards

Jazz is in the air at Philtration, for they’re inviting an impressive roster of performers to make you tap your feet along to the grooves all night long. Plus, the special Disney night on the last day will surely make a mark in your memory as they paint the atmosphere with all the colours of the wind. Be sure to book a table early.

Mojito Week celebration at Diplomat Bar

Until 24 March, 7.30pm-midnight

Ah, the Mojito — the refreshing, minty goodness perfect for hot weather, spawning multiple iterations all over the world. Diplomat Bar is celebrating this globally-recognised cocktail with the Mojito Week, offering five versions of the Mojito, from the Tom Yum Mojito to the Chocolate Mojito.

“Flavours of Vietnam” at JW Café

20-30 March, 12-3pm; 5.30-10pm

Sometimes there’s no greater joy than just sitting down with a heartwarming bowl of Pho. For a limited time, JW Café has invited Chef Tran Thi Kim Lien, Cold Kitchen Chef at Tempus, along with Chef Pham Hoang Phuc Thinh, Sous Chef from JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay to bring you the authentic flavours of Vietnam. Get ready for some banh mi, bun cha, and more. Available for lunch, brunch, and dinner.

“Capella & Friends” gathering of Italian delights at Capella Bangkok

22 March, 6-10.30pm

The first-ever ‘Capella & Friends’ aims to bring families and friends together as they dine al fresco with the gorgeous view of the Chao Phraya river. In order to make sure you have the best time, they’re bringing some of the best purveyors of Italian cuisine to Bangkok in one place. Soho District Party at Fraser Suites Sukhumvit Soi 11

23 March, 12-9pm

The annual Soho District Party returns, promising nothing but good vibes only. Above Eleven, Charcoal Tandoor Grill & Mixology, Cantina Italian Kitchen, Havana Social, Soho Pizza, Yankii Robatayaki & Bar, and the newly opened El Santo will all be in attendance, so food and drinks are covered on that front. DJs will also be behind the booth from noon onwards. Other entertainment includes hip hop battles, dance performances, make-up artists, a photo booth, beer pong, live saxophonist, street art, and more.

Seasonal menus fresh from the ocean at Nimitr Restaurant & Rooftop Bar

As summer arrives, a refreshing array of delights from the ocean might just help cool you down a little. Nimitr Restaurant launches an array of seasonal menus showcasing the freshest Surat Thani oysters served in a variety of ways. Perhaps you’d like to start the meal with Thai grape seaweed turned into a refreshing salad? Or rather, treat yourself to caviar sourced locally by Thai Royal Project. Chef Korawit Rungchat is committed to highlighting sustainable Thai cuisine, and we’re sure no one would overlook his Thai seafood dishes.

Garden-inspired afternoon tea in collaboration with Tawn C. at Rosewood Bangkok

It’s the Rosewood Bangkok’s 5th anniversary, and they’re celebrating the occasion as they join hands with Thai fashion icon Tawn C., as well as KTC, for sweet dining deals. “In Her Garden” offers an array of savoury and sweet treats in three acts, as well as a vibrant tea set perfect for your next Instagram story.
