In the penultimate episode, Lee Sian chooses Jeongsu for her last date in Paradise. This surprises Junseo. However, once Sian and Jeongsu leave Inferno, Junseo comes clean to Minseol that he is sure about Sian and that Minseol and him are over.
Elsewhere, viewers see Jeongsu accepting his true feelings for Sian in the last episode. “It was always you from the beginning”, he admits to Sian. For context, Jeongsu and Sian were the first couple to go to Paradise on their first day. In the finale episode of Single’s Inferno season 4, when Jeongsu refers to their first day, Sian agrees that they indeed have come “full circle”.
Once Sian and Jeongsu are back to Inferno, Junseo feels awkward and goes off to sleep. The next day, Junseo approaches Sian first thing in the morning. He lays bare his thoughts and Sian realises that Junseo is hurt because she chose Jeongsu for her Paradise date. Junseo then adds that he has strong feelings for Sian and that she is his final choice. He also promises that he will be more gentle with Sian in the future.
Later that night, the contestants enjoy a bonfire and Jeongsu admits that the first time he got butterflies in Inferno was when he met Sian for the first time.
Towards the end of the episode, Theo, Junseo and Jeongsu choose Sian as their final date. However, the episode ends with Sian choosing Junseo and the duo happily leaving Inferno once and for all.

When Hae-lin makes it clear to Dongho that she will choose him for her last date in Paradise, Dongho clarifies that he only has feelings for Arin, so Hae-lin should reconsider her choice. However, the next day, Hae-lin ends up choosing Dongho. While the duo have a good time in Paradise, once they are back in Inferno, Dongho goes to Arin. The duo spend quality time together and Dongho makes it clear that Arin is his final choice.
Season 4 of the Netflix reality show ends with Dongho and Arin choosing each other and leaving Inferno hand in hand.
What happens to Theo?
Theo’s only choice from the beginning was Sian. While he stays true to his feelings and chooses Sian in the finale episode, he is left alone in Inferno as Sian leaves the island with Junseo.
