Located in ICONSIAM, Blue by Alain Ducasse is a contemporary French restaurant that has been proudly holding a Michelin star for five years straight. And to kick off the new year in style, the brand has unveiled Blue Café by Alain Ducasse—a chic new spot where delightful French pastries.
At the heart of this decadent paradise is Executive Pastry Chef and Artisan Baker Christophe Grilo, a true master of his craft with over 20 years of experience. With a mission to bring the soul of authentic French pastries to the world, every bite is a testament to his expertise, whether it’s the taste, texture, aroma, and of course, his meticulous cooking methods.

Some of the must-try highlights include the Madeleine, a classic French sponge cake with its signature shell shape. Baked fresh daily in limited batches, each one is served at peak perfection for the best flavour and texture. Besides that, the croissants and vanilla flan are also a big hit, pairing well with their selection of signature drinks.
For example, chocolate lovers will be able to enjoy both hot and cold chocolate drinks that are crafted with premium ingredients from Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse. Their meticulous bean-to-bar process results in a velvety chocolate experience with fresh whipped cream being that extra cherry on top. As for the coffee, the beans also come from Alain Ducasse Manufacture in France, which selects quality beans from top plantations worldwide. Teas as well as other refreshing drinks are also available.
In addition to serving the dreamiest French pastries and viennoiseries, Blue Café has introduced the traditional French way of enjoying them. Unveiling the Blue Café’s Dipping Culture, where guests can take their croissants, Madeleines, or pain au chocolat and dunk them into the rich hot chocolate or a perfectly brewed coffee.
