- Bread Street and Street Pizza: Gordon Ramsay opened two of his most popular restaurant chains in Emsphere, making them the first in Thailand.
- Rongklannuar and 26 Express: Two of the beloved braised beef spots set up their second branches here. As they’re both family businesses in Old Town area, it’s for the first time to open new branches anywhere.

- Bijoux De Beurre Echire: This pastry shop exclusively uses Echire butter to in their products. Echire butter is made from milk from cows grazed only within the pastures Poitou-Charentes, placing the butter on the expensive side, but we can’t have any other croissants after trying theirs.
- Montagne: This artisanal ice cream shop whips up fun flavours that keep us going back. The mind behind the shop is Bhupar “Poon” Choonharas, protégé of French ice cream master Emmanuel Ryon.
