Deepika Pandukone and husband Ranveer Singh have confirmed that the actress is pregnant, and will expect their first baby in September.
Indian entertainment power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have it all, whether it be success in both their professional public lives, or the one they lead together at home. And more blessings are due for the couple where the latter is concerned, as they prepare to add a new addition to their family.
After considerable speculation among fans that the highly vaunted actress may be with child, both Pandukone and Singh took to confirming the news via a joint post on their official Instagram profiles respectively. In suitably adorable fashion, the pregnancy post left no doubt as to when the 38-year-old award-winner is expected to give birth: September of this year.

Rumours first started swirling concerning Pandukone’s pregnancy when she was spotted on the British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) red carpet just about a week ago when it was claimed that she had been attempting to conceal her growing baby bump.
Stepping out in a resplendent sparkled saree creation by vaunted Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee, she completed the look by wearing her hair in a coiffed updo to best showcase a set of custom earrings by the designer’s label.
According to an unnamed source speaking with The Week concerning the star’s much-anticipated pregnancy, Pandukone is currently in her second trimester. Joined by the union of marriage in 2018 during a private ceremony held in Italy after dating for six years, both entertainers share a common enthusiasm at the prospect of becoming parents together.
Denmark-born Pandukone is expected to star in two new films that are scheduled to debut in 2024, namely Kalki 2898 AD and Singham Again, the latter of which she will co-star alongside her husband. As for Singh, he was last seen playing the titular role of Rocky Randhawa in the romantic comedy Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
