It’s an extra saucy kind of celebration as The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon partners up with Heinz to bring you five new sandwiches with five mayo flavours. These sandwiches are available at their five dining venues: Mott 32, Ojo, Double Standard, The Parlor, and The Standard Grill. They’re really putting the “Mayo” in “Cinco de Mayo” and we’re living for it.

El Sabor de Kimpton Brunch x Cholos

Cholos is coming in hot to Stock.Room at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, serving their LA-Mexican dishes that charmed every visiting diner. Dining by Cholos’ food truck has always been a hearty, warm experience. Crank that up by ten as they’re celebrating Cinco de Mayo in the best way Bangkok and Mexico know how: with a lot of drinks. Free margaritas are handed out for the first 30 guests, and those in a festive costume get a free Corona beer. Tap your feet to the live DJs and enjoy the special Carne Asada.

Who doesn’t love a block party every now and then? Special themed tacos by Chefs Billy and Mau will surely be the ones to watch, so expect a queue. Pair those with the famous La Monita Margaritas, as well as cocktails by guest bartender Dan Miranda previously of Paradise Lost and GulpBkk. Entertainment includes Big Calo on the mic, Bangkok Invaders behind the DJ booth, and Thaitanium rapping his greatest hits.
