The global fitness racing event has finally landed in Bangkok. Hyrox is the perfect chance to challenge yourself and push your determination. Here are the affiliated facilities in the city where you can train to prepare for the event.
From Auckland, to Las Vegas, and now to Bangkok, Hyrox is a competition of running and functional fitness. 8×1 km of running plus 8 workout stations — now that’s a challenge. Tackle it solo, with a friend, or in a four-person relay. Hyrox Bangkok will take place on 24-25 May, 2025.
Such a physically-demanding task calls for intense training. Hyrox has affiliated facilities where they hold events, dubbed ‘Hyrox Training Clubs.’ These clubs have access to an evergreen library of daily programming tools, class tutorials, and more. Here are a list of all the Bangkok Hyrox locations.
