And with 2024 marking its 35^th anniversary, the Swiss watchmaker has recently announced the launch of three special Hero watches that pay an ode to the Navy SEAL’s mastery of sea, air, and land. Each of the three models represents one of these domains and reinforces Luminox’s reputation for affordable military service timepieces that perfectly blend cutting-edge design with unwavering reliability.

Navy SEAL Original 3001 Heritage

Of course, the first watch begins at sea, where Luminox and the Navy SEALs formed their foundation for this enduring friendship. This latest model pays tribute to Luminox’s very first Navy SEAL watch but in a more modernised version. One of the highlights is the vibrant red “30” on the bezel, a salute to the two spending three decades together. Another revamped element is in the second hand with the fierce red arrow tip, which aids in better readability. There’s also an upgraded Swiss quartz ETA movement and a stainless-steel bezel.

F–117 Nighthawk x Skunk Works 6440 Heritage

Drawing inspiration from the Navy SEAL pilots that soared the skies, Luminox’s F-117 NIGHTHAWK x Skunk Works 6442.H is all about showcasing those aircraft elements. This AIR timepiece blends the iconic design of Skunk Works, who is known for designing numerous aircraft, highly classified programs, and more.

The Skunk Works logo on the dial, that although barely visible during the day, lights up at night due to the Super-LumiNova at the 6 o’clock mark.
