Aside from the fact that Lisa herself will be outlining the festivities in this countdown, it’s also one of the best places to witness a dazzling fireworks display as 2025 arrives. The Amazing Thailand Countdown actually kicks off from December 29 and will feature a number of artists like Millie and Billkin. Ticket information for the event can be found here.

CentralWorld Bangkok Countdown 2025

CentralWorld has long been a go-to for Christmas and New York in Bangkok, and it’s no different this year. There’s a lineup of great artists in the lead-up to the countdown. The celebration actually started back on December 21. Set to still take the stage are Violette Wautier, Love Sick, James Alyn, and Becky Rebecca. At the stroke of midnight, fireworks are set to go off to signal the arrival of 2025. For more info, visit the event website.

The banks of the  Chao Phraya are always lit up in beautiful lighting displays in the lead-up to the new year. When the clock strikes midnight to usher in 2025, the river will also be lit up in a mesmerising display of fireworks. One of the best places to watch them is at Asiatique along the harbour where Sirimahannop, the restaurant situated on a boat, is docked. A free concert will also be held on December 31 with doors set to open at 5pm.

Nagaraphirom Park – Amazing Thailand Countdown 2025

Every, Nagaraphirom Park is lit up by fireworks to celebrate the arrival of a new year. This year doesn’t just bring a number of local artists to perform but there are also displays visitors can take pictures at. All of it culminates in a nine-act fireworks display when midnight arrives. There are no tickets so visitors can attend free of charge.

Sky Beach, The Standard – Midnight in the Sky

It makes sense that one of the best places to view the fireworks is atop the highest bar in Bangkok and the third-highest in the world. Sip on delicious drinks and dance to tunes brought to you DJ Alex, DJ Ekception, and DJ Maxflavor as you wait for the clock to strike midnight and the fireworks to light up the night sky.
