The actor became the toast of the entertainment world with his outstanding performance in The White Lotus season 2 (2022) before following it up with One Day. Who is Leo Woodall and does he have a dating history?
Leo Woodall is a 27-year-old actor from London, England. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Arts Educational School (ArtsEd) in 2019, he made his acting debut the same year in a guest role in the BBC One medical soap opera Holby City.
Anthony and Joe Russo’s crime drama Cherry (2022), starring Tom Holland as the titular character, marked his feature-length debut.
His rise to fame started soon afterwards. He was cast as Adrian Ivashkov in the hit series Vampire Academy the same year and subsequently took up the main role of Jack in the acclaimed HBO series The White Lotus.
The HBO series won the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series the following year, which led to a wider recognition for Woodall.
After doing a bit part in Amazon’s Citadel, Woodall got his first lead role with One Day. Needless to say, he has hit the ball out of the park with the Netflix show.
His next projects are the upcoming thriller miniseries Prime Target and the sci-fi movie Nomad.

There is no information on when Leo Woodall and Meghann Fahy first met, but reports put the month to February 2022 which is when season 2 of White Lotus began filming at the Four Seasons San Domenico Hotel in Taormina, Sicily, Italy.
Thus, Woodall and Fahy likely met on the sets of the show. Her character was of a wealthy stay-at-home wife and his was of the nephew of a rich expat. Interestingly, due to the different storylines of their characters, the two don’t share the screen.
Despite this, it is very likely that they met because the actors would be on the same set.
September 2022: Leo Woodall drops Instagram hints with Meghann Fahy
This is when rumours of a relationship between Leo Woodall and Meghann Fahy started developing. It began when Woodall shared a carousel of photos on his Instagram account.
The photos showed most of his castmates from The White Lotus, but the first was of him and Fahy. In another picture in the carousel, he can be seen playfully teasing Fahy as they are seated in a group.
The caption of the post read: “That’s amore.”

But what was more than a hint for the ‘are-they-aren’t-they’ sleuths on the Internet was Fahy’s comment on the post: “I love you! I love these! I love you!”
And to which Woodall replied, “Love you right back.”
December 2022: The selfie that everyone loved
The White Lotus season 2 ended on 11 December 2022. Just over a week later, Meghann Fahy shared an Instagram post from the filming days.
The carousel featured several cast members from the show, but the chief of them was, obviously, Leo Woodall. There were three pictures of Woodall in the carousel. One of them was Fahy’s selfie with him. The other was of him lying on his back with a camera.
The third was of Woodall holding a drink with a cigarette in his mouth as he enjoyed an evening on the streets of Sicily.

This time, Woodall dropped in a comment with a bomb emoji, which means something is mind-blowing, and a seashell emoji.
January 2023: ‘We’re friends’
By now everyone was keen on knowing whether Meghann Fahy was actually the girlfriend of Leo Woodall.
This is why anticipation was high when Fahy appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
Two fans on the show asked if she was dating Woodall.
“Oh, I don’t kiss and tell. Come on, guys,” she casually tried to dismiss the query.
When Andy Cohen urged her saying that it would be “delicious” if the rumours were true, she said, “For you, I’ll say sure.”

February 2023: A red carpet moment
The cast of The White Lotus season 2 came together at the 29th Screen Actors Guild Awards. Leo Woodall and Meghann Fahy were among them.
It was on this occasion on 27 February that the couple walked the red carpet together for the first time. Also joining them on the carpet was their co-star, Theo James.
It was on this day the cast won the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series award.
July 2023: Not yet admitting
The next time they were spotted together was at the South Bank Sky Arts Awards 2023 at The Savoy Hotel in London.
At the time, Meghann Fahy was asked about real-life romantic experiences outside of The White Lotus.
She jokingly said, “I don’t know anything. Never heard of it. Never seen it. What is that show?”
November 2023: A kiss that possibly ended all rumours
Leo Woodall and Meghann Fahy officially confirmed their relationship on 21 November when they were seen kissing on the streets of New York City.
E! News broke the story with pictures of the two that clearly ended all speculations. The setting was perfect: it was a rainy day and they were sharing an umbrella. NYC looked like a dreamy escapade for the love birds who were out shopping.
The couple was spotted together again the following day. Though the cameras that followed the couple expected another kiss, it didn’t happen.
Citing a source, Daily Mail reported that they wanted to talk about their romance but could not due to the show.
“They are not playing anymore. At first, when they were starting their relationship, they wanted to keep it private because it was new, and they didn’t know exactly what it was going to become, and they never wanted to disrupt the show and the stories it tells with everyone knowing they were in a real relationship,” the source told the British tabloid.
The source confirmed that they were dating.
January 2024: Love grows
Leo Woodall was seen embracing his girlfriend Meghann Fahy lovingly at the HBO & Max reception after the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards on 15 January.
It was on that night when Fahy was in the running in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category. The award was won by her co-star Jennifer Coolidge, who played Tanya in The White Lotus.
February 2024: And now we are together
Leo Woodall was seen at a Los Angeles studio accompanied by girlfriend Meghann Fahy for the filming of the 8 February episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! on which the actor discussed his shows The White Lotus as well as One Day with the famous talk show host.
Two weeks after the episode, Fahy posted that picture with Woodall on her Instagram which announced their relationship officially to the world.
