Wine glass, wine and food pairing

A revamped food menu by Executive Chef Patrick Martens, formerly of Zuma (in Bangkok, London and Hong Kong) means dining options here are more than just tapa-size dishes. Designed to be paired with different grape types, expect food items such as octopus carpaccio & tips to go with sparkling grapes, raw Hokkaido scallops to be enjoyed with white grapes and Iberico baby lamb chop with red grapes — the in-house sommeliers are ready to recommend the wine pairing, which of course comes with Riedel’s stemware that will coax out every delicate nuance of the given grape variety.
