Where to celebrate Father’s Day 2024 in Bangkok

Three of Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s restaurants are celebrating fathers everywhere with their own deals. Orchid Café is organising special buffets with international favourites, from roasted meats to Indian delicacies. Italian dining spot Rossini’s is coming up with three courses of rustic Italian food, with optional beverage pairing. BARSU is offering a hearty combo of draft beer and sausages, with optional free-flow package for two hours at just THB 790.

Goji Kitchen + Bar and Pagoda Chinese Restaurant at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park
When kind of Asian dad would say no to a good deal on seafood? Goji Kitchen + Bar has come up with an extensive line of Asian selections, including grilled river prawns, tom yum kung, fresh oysters, seafood on ice, and more. Perhaps you and your dad may be more interested in Cantonese flavours at Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, as they feature special menus crafted around health and longevity. Highlights include seafood cooked in a variety of ways, from Hunan-style with fermented chili and garlic sauce, to Hong Kong-style with aged soy sauce and spring onion.

Multiple venues at InterContinental Bangkok
Almost all of the restaurants within the InterContinental Bangkok are participating in Father’s Day. Their all-day dining spot Espresso is holding a limited-time promotion for their dinner buffet: if your table has a minimum of three adults (above 12 years old), the father dines for free. The same deal applies at the Balcony Lounge, if your dad is craving light bites from their afternoon tea set. SoCal is offering a four-course menu with wagyu picanha steak as the highlight, plus a complimentary ginger lychee mocktail. Fireplace Grill and Bar is also featuring a four-course menu, complete with dover sole and tournedos, and dads dining for free (minimum four persons).

Xin Tian Di, Crowne Plaza Bangkok
When it comes to a celebration, opt for some spice-packed flavours from Cantonese cuisine. Xin Tian Di is featuring special menus just for the occasion, available as a set and a la carte. Highlights include wok-fried scallop and homemade bean curd in XO chilli sauce, fried duck meat with black pepper sauce, and deep-fried tiger prawns with dried shrimp chilli sauce.
