The beats in the air remind you that a culinary journey can be fun and lively — just you, your friends, and good vibes only.

“Viva Italia!” collaboration dinner at Tony’s Bangkok
16 October, 6pm onwards
It’s a big Italian feast at Tony’s Bangkok. Head Chef Tony Burd will be cooking up a storm with pizza chef Son Pham, while guest mixologist Davide Sambo is shaking up a storm behind the bar. DJs Odd Thomas and Huskie is set to entertain you till closing time; you just bring yourself and let the vibes sweep you off your feet.

Grace of Summer Experiment guest shift at Modern-Day Culture

It’s an endless summer vacation at Ho Chi Minh City’s Summer Experiment, but their cocktails are perfect no matter the weather. Resident of the bar Grace will be taking over Modern-Day Culture for one night only, with a portion of the proceeds going towards Soi Dog Foundation and The Voice Foundation that help take care of stray dogs in need.

“Oh Calcutta!” Chef Som X Tapori a la carte menus
18-20 October, 5.30pm onwards
For just a limited time, founder and the chef of Som’s Table, Hua Hin, will be making her way down to Sukhumvit 47 to collaborate with Rohit Sharma, Chef-Patron of Tapori, one of the exciting new additions to the restaurants scene. Together, they’ve curated an a la carte menu blending traditional Indian flavours with modern techniques. Whatever you order, do not miss their beef tongue, braised for 10 hours in stone flower tea.

“Art of Mixology” cocktails and unlimited BBQ at Mimi’s
18 October, 7-10pm
In collaboration with Explorar and The Food School, rooftop destination Mimi’s is offering two of their signature cocktails and unlimited BBQ for just THB 1,000 per person. DJs will be behind the booth to make sure the vibes are just right. Note that a portion of the proceeds will support a scholarship fund for underprivileged students at Dusit Hospitality School.

Foam Issarapong and Game Natdanai of BAR NOT FOUND guest shift at Dry Wave Cocktail Studio

If you could taste colours, how exactly would they taste? Chiang Mai‘s new addition to the bar scene BAR NOT FOUND seeks to answer that question. Embark on an adventure to find out the answer as Foam and Game take over Dry Wave Cocktail Studio for one night only, where they’ll stir and shake with all the colours of the wind.

Cris of USE Bar guest shift at Abar Rooftop

The award-winning USE Bar has already been in Bangkok a couple times before, so if you missed those chances, their Beverage Manager Cris will be helming Abar Rooftop for one evening. He’ll be showcasing how far sustainability has come in the cocktail industry, as well as serving up that warm Vietnamese hospitality for you to enjoy with the view of Bangkok’s skyline.

Jamun Restaurant kitchen takeover at Vertigo TOO
18-19 October, 5pm onwards
Jamun Restaurant has always been a well-respected venue in Goa, helmed by Chef Rahul Gomes Pereira who has been featured in the Economic Times as one of the top ten talented Indian young chefs. Guests will be able to taste the pinnacle of Goan cuisine as he takes over Vertigo TOO’s kitchen, with highlights including Roasted Beef Croquette, Kalchi Kodi Cod, and Pork Vindalho.

Hand-forming ceramic workshops at Sababa Bangkok
20 October, 2pm onwards
Fulfil your 1990 Patrick Swayze fantasy as Sababa joins hands with Eye Studio Ceramic Workshop to give guests a perfect start to the week. The hand-forming ceramic workshop allows for 2-3 pieces per person with complimentary gin drinks to end the session with. This event is only limited to 10 persons, but swing by for other activities, too, including ceramic painting, vinyl market, happy hours all day, and more.

The third floor of theCOMMONS Saladaeng is now complete, introducing a new layout that still has those al fresco, relaxing vibes of theCOMMONS, but now with more dining spots to try. Scarletta, Cloud Wine Bar, BaeBay, Do Nua, Hungry Josh’s, and more have already set up shop there — a perfect place to unwind after work.
