International Burger Day celebration with 25 Degrees Bangkok x Heinz Thailand

For International Burger Day, 25 Degrees Bangkok have joined hands with Heinz Thailand to create “The Secret Sauce,” made with Heinz products and 25 Degrees’ gorgeous housemade ingredients. You’ll find a special menu using this sauce on this day only. Plus, those whoever buys their signature burgers get a second one for just a dollar.

Daniel Fong of Studio 1939 guest shift at Ojo Bangkok

Chef Oat of Heh Phuket kitchen takeover at F*nkytown

29 May, 6-10pm

A recent addition to the Michelin Guide, Heh creates delicious, contemporary spins using some of the freshest ingredients the Andaman Sea has to offer. In collaboration with Bacardi, Heh’s Chef Oat will be showcasing his flair and technique through a series of dishes, plus cocktails made exclusively for the night. Book those tables and make it a night to remember.

Friends of Mia – Next Gen: Chef Tap Supasitkokpol of Coda Bangkok

Mamma Mia, here we go again. The Friends of Mia series is back. This time, chefs Top and Michelle are joining hands with Chef Tap Supasitkokpol of Coda Bangkok, and they’re serving up Thai recipes that soothe the soul. Gaeng hang lay short rib served with rice salad already sounds like a great time.

Chef Wilson Fam restaurant pop-up at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

30 May – 5 June, 5pm onwards

Chef Wilson Fam’s portfolio is nothing short of star-studded, having worked in the three-starred Jade Dragon, the two-starred Sichuan Moon in Macau, and more. For just one week, he’ll be cooking up a storm at the Siam Kempinski, awaiting you to taste his brilliant menu.

Chef Waii of Rasik Local Kitchen takes over Siwilai City Club

29-30 May, 6-8pm; 8.30-10.30pm

From Chiang Mai to Bangkok, Rasik Local Kitchen works directly with local organic farms and small-scale fisheries to promote sustainability, as well as employ traditional cooking methods for the full Thai experience. Chef Waii of Rasik will be taking over the kitchen at Siwilai City Club for two days, presenting his exclusive dishes with a Thai twist.

Chef Grace Choy and Chef Leslie Du four-hands menus at Man Ho Bistro

31 May – 5 June, 11.30am-10pm

Hong Kong-born, Tokyo-based Chef Grace Choy is a well-respected icon in the culinary world, with her own acclaimed restaurant and award-winning Cantonese cookbook. She’ll be coming back to Bangkok to join hands with Executive Chinese Chef Leslie Du to offer mouthwatering delicacies for lunch and dinner, both in set menus and a la carte formats. Highlights include poached soy sauce chicken, steamed cod fish with preserved radish black beans, and night-blooming cereus soup.

El Sabor de Kimpton Brunch: Latin Pride at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

2 June, 12-3pm

Kimpton Maa-Lai’s monthly Latin American brunch has always been a fiesta. This time, they’re taking everyone to La Isla Bonita as they welcome proud members of the LGBTQ+ community to do what they do best. Chef Raymond Gonzalez from Casa Panza is making his signature creations, from cheesy Cuban sandwiches to pulled beef stew. DJ SOSHINE will be standing behind the station for some entertainment. Minny Jaratrawee of Vesper will also be mixing up a storm for a very special guest shift.
