Thanesh of Backdoor Bodega guest shift at F*nkytown
5 June, 8-11pm
From George Town, Penang, Backdoor Bodega is one of the beloved speakeasies with the theme of an “overpriced pawn shop” serving up Peranakan-inspired flavours. They’re the first bar in Penang to be included in the top 100 list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022. Bar Manager Thanesh is coming to showcase his hospitality for one night only, to make sure that the citizens of F*nkytown are movin’ and groovin’ with some energy.

Thong Hoai and Manh Duong of The Enigma Mansion guest shift at Root Bar
5 June, 9pm-midnight
Good Evening, Vietnam. The Enigma Mansion’s Head Bartender Thong Hoai and Senior Bartender Manh Duong are on their way to shaking up a storm in Bangkok. The Enigma Mansion is a beautiful bar located inside a historic mansion, and their creations are riffs of those timeless cocktails while keeping things inventive and contemporary. “Long Lost Recipe”, 8-hands tasting menu at ChomSindh
6-7 June, dinner only
Similar to how music serenades those who’re listening, chefs create tasting course with their own individual notes that comes together to create a beautiful harmony. Experience those notes of bold flavours at the special collaboration dinner at ChomSindh, with celebrity chefs Boom Kanyarath and Belt Aekkachai Saengkardsanee joining hands with ChomSindh’s consultant Chef Boy and Head Chef Praween. City pop night at Find the Photo Booth

Dial in the telephone number and open the (Mayonaka no) Door to the bar — city pop night will be in full swing at Find the Photo Booth. Thep Dinh and Huy Ngo of STIR Saigon guest shift at The Pickwicks Chronicles

Vietnam’s STIR is all about reimagining classic cocktails into modern renditions, and they’re sending the bar’s national competition veterans to take over The Pickwicks Chronicles for one evening. Thep Dinh, World Class Vietnam 2019 chamption, and Huy Ngo, Giffard Vietnam 2023 top 10, will be making their way to make sure all the guests have a good drink in their hands all night long.

“Romance in Bloom” prix-fixe menu with flower workshop at Café Wolseley

Summertime is in full bloom, literally, at Café Wolseley. For their special dinner, they’re showcasing an exclusive prix-fixe menu to highlights the best ingredients the season has to offer, as well as their collaboration with PHKA studio for the gorgeous flower display. Bluegrass brunch at Public House Bangkok

Enjoy the “Yum Sum O” zero-waste cocktail at The St. Regis Bar

Inspired by his family’s pomelo farm, mixologist Benz has crafted a tequila-based cocktail with pomelo named “Yum Sum O”. The special aspect about this cocktail is that it’s a zero-waste drink, utilising every part of the pomelo. It’s then combined with their homemade ginger and chili cordial, topped with Chiang Rai honey, and the cocktail is born. Available for a limited time only.
