Ajit Gurung of The Savory Project guest shift at The Bamboo Bar

18 June, 7.30-11.30pm

The Savory Project stays true to its name, as they offer beautiful savoury and umami notes in their signature creations. Founded by the award-winning Hong Kong bar COA, they certainly live up to the name. Brace yourselves for warm hospitality, coupled with some unorthodox ingredients in your drinks as Ajit Gurung stands behind The Bamboo Bar for one night only.

Rovin of Bitters & Co. Nepal guest shift at Moon Bar Bangkok

18 June, 6-10pm

No. 69 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023 list, Bitters & Co. is a staple establishment of Nepal’s bar industry. Behind the bar is Rovin, with over a decade of bartending expertise, who will be showcasing his drinks and hospitality as he takes over the sky-high Moon Bar for one night only. If you’ve never tasted Nepali-style cocktails, now’s your chance.

Chef de Cuisine Alonso Zarate and Bar Manager Marc Perez of Ojo Bangkok take over F*nkytown

20 June, 6-10pm

American singer-songwriter Sylvester once asked if we wanna funk, but we suppose he didn’t anticipate this level of funkiness as the creative Mexican cuisine of Ojo Bangkok hits the kitchen of F*nkytown. Chef de Cuisine Alonso Zarate and Bar Manager Marc Perez will be bringing the flair and special dishes for a takeover, including the F*nky Guacamole, and Hamachi Birra served in fresh tortillas.

Martini night at Diplomat Bar

21 June, 6pm-midnight

Who doesn’t like a good martini? Diplomat Bar at the Conrad Bangkok is celebrating the classic cocktail with twists on the drink offered at the bar until the end of the month. Whether it’s the refreshing “Blossom Martini” with elderflower syrup and strawberry puree, or the “S’mores Martini” that leans more on the sweet side, you’re going to have a good time. This Friday 21 June, they’re throwing a party with deals on drinks and a Casino Royale theme.

Mediterranean six-course dinner with beverage pairing at Rossini’s

21 June, 6.30-10pm

Let your troubles wash away as Friday is ending with Southern European flavours at Rossini’s. Chef Giacomo Vinci will be greeting guests and carving a bluefin tuna live, and showcase six courses of nothing but great-tasting food. The highlight will be a beverage pairing from Finca Constancia, a supplier whose vineyard sits between two mountain ranges in the Castilla-La Mancha region of Spain.

Aromkwan x Jhol collaboration dinner at Jhol

22 June, 5.30pm onwards

When the Asian smokehouse Aromkwan joins hands with coastal Indian eatery Jhol, you know it’s going to be a great time. Embark on a journey through the Tamil Trails, where you’ll get to try special dishes from the two beloved dining destinations all in one seating. Book a table with your favourite company, and treat yourselves to a meal you won’t forget anytime soon.

Zuma Bangkok presents Santo Metodo and Shin Yazaki

22 June, 8pm-midnight

Zuma Bangkok is presenting a new face to the bar — please give a warm welcome to Santa Metodo. What would be a better introduction than to let him showcase how he works his magic behind the bar alongside the amazing Shin Yazaki of Bar Gyu+, Niseko? They’re both going to showcase Japanese-inspired drinks with their own flair, and the party vibes Zuma is known for.

Weekend brunch at IGNIV Bangkok

22-23 June, 11am-3pm

The exquisite brunch at IGNIV now extends to Saturdays, just in case you simply can’t wait for Sundays to come. Chef David Hartwig and Chef Arne Riehn present a number of Swiss dishes twisted into a playful brunch, utilising seasonal ingredients from both Europe and Thailand. Guests can choose between a selection of dishes, and beverage pairings are also available at an additional cost.
