“Summer in La Boqueria” pop-up by Chefs Aitor Olabegoya and Quim Márquez at Siam Kempinski
21-29 August, 5pm onwards
Pick up your silverware and bask in the summer in La Boqueria, as Chef Aitor Olabegoya, Executive Chef at Terrakota Restaurant, Shanghai, joins hands with Chef Quim Márquez of Quim de la Boqueria, Barcelona. Expect fresh seafood cooked and spiced to perfection as Spanish cuisine intended, carefully crafted by both chefs into seven courses.

Chefs Thav Pouthavong and Marvas Ng four-hands dinner at 80/20
22 August, 6pm onwards
Chef Marvas Ng of Path, Singapore, takes pride in presenting east Asian flavours with French techniques. For one evening only, he’s joining hands with the lovable Chef Thav of 80/20 for a special 16-course tasting menu presenting nothing but Asian excellence. Reservations strongly recommended.

Bank Watcharapong guest shift at Abar Rooftop
22 August, 7.30-11pm
Watcharapong ‘Bank’ Suriyaphan knows his way around a cocktail, so much so that he published a book on spirits called Tale of the Spirits. He’s also one of the partners of the award-winning bar Midlife Crisis. For one night, Bank will be shaking up a storm at the sky-high Abar Rooftop with a special set of cocktail menu.

Aquila Restaurant kitchen takeover at Siwilai City Club
22-23 August, 7-9pm
From Chiang Mai to Bangkok, Aquila Restaurant has been included within the Michelin Guide for two years in a row for their creative take on Asian-Italian cuisine using local ingredients. For just two days, they’re taking over the kitchen at Siwilai City Club, offering eight courses showcasing their talent — one round per day only.

Chris Hannah of Jewel of the South guest shift at Jack Bain’s Bar
22-24 August, 8-11pm
No. 6 on North America’s 50 Best Bars 2024, and named the best bar of South USA second year running, Jewel of the South boasts a contemporary approach to classic drinks. Let their owner and bartender Chris Hannah tell you all about it as he takes over Jack Bain’s Bar and serves up his signature creations at 137 Pillars Bangkok for three days.

Matsuzaka beef and craft cocktails pairing at Frog Bar
25 August, 6pm onwards
Former head chef at the now-defunct Morimoto and now the Japanese head chef of Aman, Yoji Kitayama certainly knows his way around food. For a very special occasion, he will be serving dishes highlighting the quality of Matsusaka beef, paired with cocktails from Kei Sawada. Very limited seats, so book early.
