Arzuaga Wine Dinner at Bistrot De La Mer

4 September, 6.30-10pm

French cuisine and good wines go hand in hand. For one day only, Chef Swalomir is presenting French dishes to pair with an exquisite selection of wines from Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro. Highlights include the King Salmon Gravlax, Confit Duck Ravioli, and Beef Cheek Bourguignon. Reservations strongly recommended.

Alessandro Barbari of Amaro Bar guest shift at Bar Us

5 September, 9pm onwards

Those who have been to Amaro Bar, London, describe it as an elegant experience with a hospitality akin to your friendly neighbourhood drinking spot. With an expertise for classic twists, they offer good times, guaranteed. For one night only, Bar Manager Alessandro Barbari will be serving up his drinks at Bar Us — his first time ever as a guest bartender in Bangkok.

GOAT X RABBIT: GranMonte Wine Dinner at Goat Bangkok

5-6 September, 6pm onwards

The Year of the Goat and Year of the Rabbit are known for being able to harmonise together so well, so this wine dinner is a match made in heaven. Representing the Goat, Chef Tan is creating a soul-soothing tasting menu with Thai-Chinese flavours. To pair with the dishes, representative of the Rabbit, winemaker and daughter of the GranMonte estate Nikki Lohitnavy will be curating the wines.

Jorge Cinco and Kevin Gomez of Aruba Day Drink at The Pickwicks Chronicles

7 September, 9pm-midnight

Amidst the warm sun of Tijuana, you’ll find Aruba Day Drinking Bar. The quaint, brightly-lit venue sees some of the most talented bartenders of the city casually hanging back at the bar seats, and for those reasons you’ll see as Jorge Cinco and Kevin Gomez take over the bar at The Pickwicks Chronicles for one night only. Leave the car at home.

‘Raan Dung Ross Ded’ street food buffet at Shangri-La Bangkok

7 September, 5.30-9.30pm

The Raan Dung Ross Ded market is back at Shangri-La Bangkok. Sample multiple Michelin Guide-listed dining spots as they gather in one riverside destination for one night only. It’s all you can eat, from Cantonese wonton noodle soup to the succulent fried oysters. There will also be live music, and a riverside view as the perfect backdrop.

Bruno Mars themed night at OKASAN

4 September, 8-11pm

For one night only, OKASAN is celebrating the discography of our favourite short king, Bruno Mars. Artist Syd Vethaka is on standby for the live music — you just treat yourself to the venue’s izakaya selections and refreshing drinks. Entry is free of charge.

Every other Saturdays, 11.30am-3.30pm
