27 November, 6pm onwards
Things are seriously heating up at Kwann, and we’re all here for it. Their special ‘Fired Up Feast’ features live cooking by Chef Joe Napol Jantraget, Chef Sept Jirapat Praphotjanaporn, and Chef Saki Hoshino, as well as wine pairing, DJ behind the booth, and a live saxophonist. Guests are encouraged to walk around and see the magic up close, and the open kitchen is perfect for an immersive experience.

27 November, 7.30-11.30pm
Named after the tool used to harvest agave, COA features an extensive list of over 200 bottles of agave-based spirits and an award-winning menu built around them. In fact, Jay Khan has visited every single distillery on the list. Khan and his team will be taking over The Bamboo Bar for one night only, showcasing how it’s the only bar in history to ever achieved the No.1 spot on Asia’s 50 Best list three times.

27 November, 7pm onwards
Hong Kong’s The Opposites seek to “create unity with opposites” by introducing the world to their refreshing takes on classic cocktails, and more. Their first time doing a guest shift in Bangkok will be at Dry Wave Cocktail Studio as Samuel Kwok and Lydia Wong take over the bar for one night only.

28-29 November, 6-10.30pm
Chef Matthew Geng of Nan Bei and Chef Teng Kam Seng of Zhang Liang, Rosewood Phnom Penh, join hands to take guests on a trip through the diverse flavours that China has to offer. The nine-course menu will feature punchy spices, exciting flavour profiles, and proteins treated with care. Highlights include steamed king crab claw, double-boiled kurobuta soup, and slow-cooked ox tail.

29 November, 8pm onwards
Over 20 years ago, Trailer Happiness opened its doors to spread the joy of tiki cocktails to Londoners. Now, they’ve won countless awards, and have become a sort of institution for those who want to learn more about tiki culture. Let Timothy Falzon tell you all about it as he shakes up a storm at Tropic City for one evening only.

30 November – 1 December, 6pm onwards
For two days only, Chef Thep and his team are taking you through the bountiful hills of Khao Yai, showcasing their local suppliers and turning the ingredients into a soul-soothing experience. The tasting menu will include local artisanal cheeses, eggs from free-range chickens, custard apples, and more, paired with wines from GranMonte Vineyard and Winery.

29 November, 5pm onwards
Soi Nana Chinatown’s new drinking spot Thurty is celebrating their grand opening, and they’re celebrating it big. Five people who are not bartenders (one very good looking) will be making drinks of their own design, and guests will be entitled to a free flow from 5pm to whenever they close. Leave the car at home, for it’s going to be a party.

Cocktail bar The Traveller and moonne2o come together to create a cocktail flight involving three teas from three different countries, paired with bites from moonne20’s kitchen. The “Rooibos Mule” pairs rooibos tea and aromatic herbs with sea salt crackers and African-spiced yoghurt sauce. The “Sencha Nectar” pairs sencha-infused gin and shine muscat with stir-fried edamame. The “Spicy Oolong” pairs oolong-infused rum and Szechuan chili with steamed minced pork and tofu.

28 November – 26 January, 10am-8pm
Celebrating 10 years of the internationally-beloved art that breaks hearts, Sundae Kids is holding a very special exhibition at River City Bangkok. Expect art works in the style you know and love, with new stories never told before, aimed to have visitors ask themselves how their lives would turn out if they chose a different path. General admission tickets are at THB 100 per person, but couples get a discount.

Kimi Sushi Bar moved to a wonderful new home on Soi Somkid, and their new omakase course is showcasing seasonal catches carefully crafted into small bites. Since fresh seafood availability varies daily, the chef will be sure to pick out only the best ingredient for guests. The highlight of the meal, however, is the uni roll, and 10 courses of seasonal nigiri.
