We know law school is for people who are boring and ugly and serious, but this is way better. Enter Exhibit A: The newly-opened Hong Kong bar Courtroom is all about drinks that are fair, just, and tastes great beyond reasonable doubt. Tasked with the burden of proof is co-founder/bartender Saan Dhakal who spent time in Penicillin and Lockdown, and is now on his own journey. Cross-examine his cocktails as he stands trial behind the bar at The Pickwicks Chronicles for one night only.
