There are always exciting events happening every week in the city. Make sure you’re in the know of hot events, and things to do in Bangkok with our weekly round-up. Here’s what to do in Bangkok this 9-15 April 2024.
Bangkok’s heat wave is in full effect, so all the better to stay inside somewhere. A glass or two of something refreshing and some great food also help. We have guest shifts in bound, a Thai-style afternoon tea, a lot of burgers, and more — all waiting for you to savour. And of course, so many Songkran events we had to make another list just for them.

SO/ Bangkok’s pool party has always been great fun, but frequent partygoers know that it’s all going down on Songkran. One floor, two locations, two parties: stay by the poolside for DJs Kid Massive, Mikey Mike, and Sam Linden’s groovy house and nu disco beats, or pop by the Solarium side to see what the surprise DJs have in store for the day. Booking a table is recommended if you’re with large company.

Do you like a good martini? That was a trick question — everybody does. Beverage Manager Ivan Zabolotnyi has joined hands with Bombay Sapphire to make sure you enjoy the violet hours in the best way possible. Each creation is centred around a specific scent by Thai fragrant brand BOROM, and you’ll get a sample size with every order. We’d say order them all, but be sure to try the “Red Velvet” made with chocolate and praline, as well as the “Japanese Cotton” blending notes of jasmine, orange blossom, and oolong cold brew.
You can find more information at The St. Regis Bar.
Until May 31, 6-11pm

From the beef tartare to a big pot of melted cheese, these dishes are age-old recipes meet modern techniques, and a celebration of love.
