Niza Treechanasin and Adam Bursik guest shift at Firefly Bar

Last month, Origin Bar, Singapore, debuted its new cocktail menu ‘INFINITY.’ For just one night only, Bar & Beverage Manager Adam Bursik and Head Bartender Niza Treechanasin will be shaking up a storm at Firefly Bar, spreading the magic of their new bar signatures. Don’t be afraid to stay by the bar — the warm hospitality is all complimentary.

“From Coast to Coast” Sienna x Jhol dinner

26 April, 5.45pm onwards

From the Bay of Bengal to Bangkok, Sienna’s mission is very simple: to present the cultures and the traditions of Bengal at their best. This degustation menu presents ingredients and a sense of community to the table, which you’ll be able to taste and experience as they collaborate with Jhol’s team. Get ready for an array of proteins and greens, cooked to perfection then spiced no holding back. Ottara Pyne of Wine Garage will also be coming in to make sure the wine pairing is on point.

Chef Bjoern Alexander of Matera Singapore dinner pop-up at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

26 April – 3 May, dinner only

Chef Bjoern’s experience in cooking creative dishes with a firm grasp on Italian cuisine is nothing short of impressive, having worked for the two Michelin-starred Octavium, and the one-starred Petrus, to name a few. For eight days only, he’s bringing the tastes of Matera to Bangkok for the first time, known for his contemporary take on Italian ingredients with Asian influences. The chef also teases a special dessert made exclusively for Thailand using Thai mango and limoncello.

Diva Night Brunch at Lost & Found Bangkok

26 April, 7pm onwards

Some fish tartare and spider crab risotto sounds divine, but your brunch game can be upgraded even more as the dolls at Lost & Found kick, split, and dip the house down boots. As you enjoy the set menu and move along to the groove provided by the DJ, take advantage of the two-hour free flow as the drag performers backflip right into your hearts. Remember to carry some bills to tip the queens.

Chilli Fest 2024 at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

As the Bangkok summer heat is in full effect, you might as well fight fire with fire. The much-awaited Chilli Fest returns to Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok for 2024, and guests can expect a red-hot experience with a variety of activities to participate.
