11 February, 9pm onwards
No matter the season, we always love what Summer has to offer. Co-founder of Vender Bar, Taiwan, and APAC Brand Ambassador of Matusalem, Summer Chen, will be taking over Messengerservice’s bar for one night only. She’ll be bringing her inventive cocktails, and her passion for rum, to share with the guests.

11 February, 8-11pm
With six bar seats and an unassuming entrance, Craftroom presents a beautiful, intimate experience with classic twists utilising seasonal ingredients. The mastermind behind the bar is Ryu Fujii, founder and bartender, who built this place to now be ranked at No. 28 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 list. He’ll be taking over Vesper for one evening.

13-15 February, 5.30pm; 8pm
Enjoy a special winter omakase menu at Nikaku Bangkok presented by Master Sushi Chef Setsuo Funahashi and Pastry Chef Kazumi Funahashi from Nikaku, their prestigious 2-Michelin-starred restaurant in Japan. These culinary talents will be bringing with them the freshest fish from the Kanmon Straits, and the surrounding waters of Kyushu, to use in their authentic Edomae sushi at Nikaku Bangkok.

13 February, 8pm-midnight
A staple for any cocktail enthusiasts visiting Hong Kong, Quinary loves working with molecular technology and fun ingredients for their cocktails. Bringing all that funk is Kai Ho, who will be joining Santo Metodo of Zuma Bangkok and serving up drinks for one night only. Highlights include the ‘Oolong Tea Collins’ with bourbon and oolong tea cordial, as well as the ‘Gents O’Clock’ with dry fig, fortified wine, coffee maple syrup, and Campari cream.

13-16 February, 11am-midnight
In collaboration with the Embassy of Japan and TAT, Thaniya is welcoming 20 of Bangkok people’s favourite Japanese food spots, plus traditional Japanese and J-pop performances to keep the vibes running high. Highlights include Kenji’s Ramen Lab, Daimasu Nihonmachi, Meat & Co(me), Amateru, Gintako, and more.

14 February, 9pm-2am
Taylor Freels, also known as Liquid Earth, showcases house music, blending sounds from London, Berlin, and California. He’ll be spinning his signature “tech house with a twist” that has him receiving raving reviews from all over the world. Joining him are Koish, a prominent member of the UNST collective, and Ayahtareek, one of Bangkok’s emerging talents.

14-15, 17-19 February, 6pm-midnight
London-based Chef Patxi Andres had honed his skills in respected dining destinations including Boragó, Black Axe Mangal, Mokonuts, and more. Famed for bringing his childhood flavours onto plates of now, he’ll be cooking up a storm at Chenin’s kitchen for a limited time. Available for a la carte only.

From 15 February onwards, 5.30-6.30pm
Set sail along Chao Phraya river, watching the sun set on the horizon, sipping on something refreshing — if that feels like an experience you’d be interested in, The Okura Cruise has you covered.
