Sebastian Tollius of Eleven Madison Park guest shift at Vesper

13 February, 8pm-midnight

All the way from the famed Eleven Madison Park, New York, it’s Beverage Director Sebastian Tollius. Guests dining at his venue can’t seem to resist getting a round of cocktails after, and he’s here to show you why. We’re keeping our fingers crossed he’ll be bringing his famous Leek Martini.

Tinderer En Fuego Latin party at Revolucion Cocktail Bangkok

13 February, 9pm-2am

Swipe right at the perfect person coming your way at Revolucion, for they’re holding a dance class followed by parties engineered for you to find the perfect match. Arrive by 9pm for a bachata class with Teacher Reynan, then DJs will be standing behind the station playing reggaeton and Latin beats that will keep you on your toes all night.

Satoshi Sugiura of El Lequio guest shift at Aqua Bar

14 February, 7-11pm

Founded by bar legend Shingo Gokan, El Lequio is the first cocktail bar in Okinawa, recently securing the No. 80 spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023. Let the establishment’s Bar Manager Satoshi Sugiura show you why their drinks and hospitality have been sought after since their opening. Book your tables early, and get ready to have fun.

Analogue Initiative and Alquímico guest shift at Bar Us

15 February, 8pm-midnight

Get ready for trouble, and make it double. Bar Us is presenting not one, but two guest shifts at the same time, with Vijay Mudaliar and Audrey Lim from Analogue Initiative Singapore, as well as Miguel Mora and Martin Doglioni from Alquímico Colombia. Both are famed in their own right, with innovative concepts as well as their sustainability initiatives implemented in their bars, and they’re showing what they’re all about for one night only.

Chef Gaby and Chef Diego kitchen takeover at Vertigo TOO

17 February, 6-9pm; 18 February, 12-3pm

It’s an explosion of Mexican flavours at Vertigo TOO, for Chef Gaby and Chef Diego are taking over their kitchen for two days. Join them on the 17th for a 9-course dinner, with highlights including duck mole Coloradito, scallop aguachile, and avocado tostadas with crispy shirasu. Or, pop by on the 18th for a 9-course brunch experience perfect for the whole family with a blend of Mexican and Thai ingredients.

Priyanka of ZLB23 Speakeasy guest shift at Bar Sathorn

17 February, 7-11pm

Not to be confused with Miss World 2000 and spouse of Nick Jonas, or Canadian-based drag queen of the same name, but Priyanka’s hospitality has charmed every guest that has walked through the doors of ZLB23 Speakeasy in Bengaluru, India. She’ll be bringing along her acclaimed mixology as well as the Prohibition era-inspired cocktails ZLB23 is beloved for.

Oyster eleganza at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit

16-18 February, 6-10.30pm

Step up your weekend dinner experience at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit as they add an array of oysters to their buffet line for a limited time. We all have at least one person in the friend group who’s obsessed with oysters. Maybe it’s you, and it’s time to treat that person to some live-shucked goodness, all-you-can-eat style. Dining at Bombbay Blood is a very chill, intimate, and lowkey kind of feeling. You’re surrounded by vinyl and art as you sit among the living-room-like interior. They just debuted a brunch with live jazz, perfect to enjoy with the international delicacies they offer. Be sure to book in advance, because seats are limited.
