Curiouser and curiouser — all the impossible is made possible at Cat Bite Club, Singapore. Jesse Vida and Gabriel Lowe are coming over to offer their warm hospitality that just happens to go amazingly well with the refreshing drinks they’re making. Reservations recommended if you want the bar seats, but be sure to join in on the fun nonetheless.

Inspired by his travels in the US and the UK, Chef Pinyo Phetyoi presents a new four-course international menu that brings the flavours of the world into one sitting. Start with a salad with Oscietra caviar, passionfruit, and truffles. Then, the Jerusalem artichoke as the soup course will dazzle any diners. The main course entails a choice between Australian beef tenderloin or the king salmon, and the meal ends with a refreshing parfait with yuzu jelly.

Dinner on 2 May, afternoon tea on 1 May – 31 July
In collaboration with Shinta Mani Hotels and the Shinta Mani Foundation, “Call of the Cardamoms” invites guests to dine for a good cause. On May 2, Pai’s Executive Chef Joe Weeraket joins hands with Cambodian culinary expert Chanrith Van, Executive Chef of Shinta Mani Angkor and Bensley Collection Pool Villas, to present a 10-course plant-based charity dinner. Until 31 June, a special afternoon tea inspired by Bill Bensley’s collection is served in the garden. A portion of the proceeds go directly to conserve the Cardamom Rainforests, home to lush wildlife.

The pristine waters of Krabi hold wonders for the kitchen. Combine those with the skilful hands of two maaestros, and you have a dinner to get excited about. Executive Chef Christian Herrgesell of Lae Lay, at Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is coming to to collaborate with Chef David Hartwig‘s modern Swiss flair for one day only. Reservations needed, with optional pairings available.

Florence’s Locale Firenze bar stands tall at No. 46 on the World’s 50 Best Bars 2023, No. 31 on Top 500 Bars 2023. It’s famous for minimalist yet alluring drinks. Let Bar Manager Fabio Fanni showcase why they’re so well-respected in the industry, and beloved by the community as he works behind the bar for one night only.
