We managed to snag an invite to the premiere and afterparty of The White Lotus Season 3 here in Thailand—and it was pretty insane.

A Thailand premiere for The White Lotus Season 3 was inevitable. After all, the season was shot here and the cast includes some prominent Thai actors including the acting debut of the nation’s pride and joy, Lisa. A riot would have ensued if a premiere hadn’t happened here. Fortunately, Lifestyle Asia had the honour of being invited to the event and afterparty—and a little special gathering after, and I was all there for it. Fans were cheering. Lisa was stunning. Lucius Malfoy was actually funny? Allow me to take you through what was running through my head as I went to the absolutely bonkers The White Lotus Season 3 premiere here in Thailand.

Thoughts we had at The White Lotus Season 3 premiere in Thailand

1. 1. Bangkok really chose to be this hot, on this day.
   2. The decor and the green carpet are legit. And to think Lisa herself is going to be walking down the very same carpet along with a Hollywood A-list cast—in Bangkok?
   3. There’s a farang that just asked security if he could cut through the whole event and basically walk on the green carpet to get to the other side of Iconsiam. Legend.
   4. Okay, it’s really hot.
   5. Alright, here we go. Celebs are making their way down the carpet.
   6. Dang, that’s bright. Not, I don’t mean it’s bright, I mean it’s the Thai actor Bright.
   7. A boat has just arrived and fans are going crazy. Could it be?
   8. It is: it’s Lisa! Kinda surprising that she’s the first to arrive.
   9. She’s as pretty and cute as you’d think she’d be.
   10. And she’s doing a great job keeping mum about anything spoilery.

   12. Dom is rocking that Jim Thompson outfit. Khru Lek is an icon. Tayme is wearing… a turtleneck!? In this heat!? I hope he’s okay.

   14. He’s actually pretty goofy and hilarious IRL.

   32. Music’s swelling, someone’s going to perform… Omg, Sophie Ellis-Bextor!? Like, the Sophie Ellis-Bextor who sang “Murder on the Dance Floor” that Sabrina Carpenter’s ex danced to in Saltburn?
   33. Jason Isaacs is now dancing and grooving with all of us. WHAT IS THIS NIGHT.
   34. I went to the restroom and casually bumped into and spoke to Tayme Thapthimthong who is the nicest human being ever.
   35. I’m going to need a few days to process all this. Maybe a getaway to a luxury resort?
