Infusing Southern Italian classics with his creative twist, Chef Davide’s dishes are a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Inspired by his cultural heritage, cherished memories, family recipes, and of course, his beloved nonna, a meal at Ms.Jigger will instantly transport you to the sun-drenched flavours of Puglia with its authentic taste and quality ingredients.

The bites we loved: One of our favourite bites was the appetiser, the Caprese Affumicata. We loved how the buffalo mozzarella was smoked in hickory wood, adding this incredible flavour, yet it wasn’t overwhelming. Another great dish, inspired by the chef’s nonna’s secret recipe, was the showstopper Paccheri al Ragu di Agnello. Don’t forget to end the meal with their tiramisu, where the restaurant collaborated with Karo and uses their exclusive blend in the recipe.
