The bites we loved: Of course, the first on our list has to be their dim sum, especially their pan-fried homemade bean curd skin rolls with shrimp filling, snowfish dumplings, and salted egg custard bun. For the seafood, definitely check out the baked Boston lobster with superior stock. This noodle dish is absolutely to die for. The broth takes hours to create, making it rich, creamy, and full of collagen goodness. And lastly, their BBQ menu must-tries are the truffle charcoal duck and crispy pork belly.
