9 May, 8.30-11.30pm
10 years in the business, Tess Bar & Kitchen is still packed most nights for good reasons. Learn all of those at once with their head bartender, Christyne Lee, as she serves up whisky cocktails to pair with the sky-high view of the city, as well as her warm hospitality for one night only. Tess is famed for their classic twists, so you can expect those to be top-notch.

Chef Oat Nattaphon’s portfolio is nothing short of impressive. He was the winning challenger chef on Iron Chef Thailand, won Top Chef 2023, catered for the Formula 1 Australia Grand Prix and Australian Open, and opened Heh with his business partners, alongside so much more. Chef Oat is bringing his expertise to take over the kitchen at MUST Wine Bar for one evening only. Reservations strongly recommended.

It’s going to be a good time when Potato Head Singapore is in the house. They’re world-famous for good food, great drinks, and lively vibes. Mihai is bringing at least two of these into Bangkok for one night only as he serves up gin-based cocktails that will sweep you right off your feet.

Oysters, caviar, finest whiskies — The Hudson Rooms at Capella Hanoi has all of them, and we’re manifesting they’re bringing all of them to Bar.Yard for the night. Join the sky-high bar in welcoming Bar Manager Sean and Head Bartender Khánh as they stand behind the stations serving up nothing but good vibes and great drinks.

If you’re in the mood for some adventure and innovation, Guillermo does not disappoint. Normally standing behind Dr. Stravinsky, Barcelona, he’s serious about incorporating fermentation with his menus. He’ll be taking over 008 Bar for two nights straight, from start to finish. Coupled with the live jazz, it’s the place to be.

11 May, 6pm onwards
It’s a clash of two Italians, and two Southern ones at that. Naples-native Chef Antimo Merone looks at Neapolitan cuisine through a modern lens. His restaurant Estro received a Michelin star, and earned its place on No. 71 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list. He’s coming to showcase his cooking for just one special evening as he joins hands with Chef Christian Martena of CLARA. Reservations required.

13 May, 8pm onwards
Translated to “moonshine” in Norwegian, HIMKOK showcases the artistic intersection between mixology and fashion through Norwegian culture. It’s a success so much so that they catapulted into No.10 of the World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2023. Let Davide and Karl transport you to another world through fine drinks, one night only at Opium Bar.
