Fireplace Grill and Bar has a rich history dating back to 1966. This premier European restaurant, beloved by both locals and expats, is recognised for serving some of the best steaks and seafood in a refined, yet cosy setting. Whether it’s their succulent Matsusaka Wagyu to their extremely fresh Canadian lobster, every dish here showcases the best of both worlds being traditional, yet modern. The bites we loved: Although their heritage menu is great, the newer creations are something everyone should try. One dish that truly blew our minds was the soft and buttery Pan-Fried Toothfish. Plated with a generous amount of a flavourful sea garden sauce, containing various seafood like scallops, fish, and squid, this menu was top-tier. For meat lovers, the Australian Lamb Rack, Baby Chicken, and Stockyard Chateaubriand Angus Tenderloin are also a nice option that showcases Fireplace Grill and Bar’s legacy in the culinary industry.
