Thai Airways has launched special fares for students, senior citizens, and religious travellers, offering lucrative international and domestic travel deals with Thailand’s flag carrier. Passengers in these categories can now fly to Tokyo, London, Zurich, Chiang Mai, Phuket and more destinations with discounted tickets offered by the airline. The sale ends on September 30, 2024.

Thai Airways has launched a series of promotions for both domestic and international flights. Let’s have a look at who gains from these lucrative offers.

Student international offer: Students flying to London, Zurich, Paris, Sydney, Tokyo, New Delhi, and Singapore are eligible for special discounts in business and economy class. Valid university or student cards are required to avail of this deal. Flyers must be below 25 years on the first flight departure date.

Student domestic offer: This offer applies to students flying within Thailand to destinations like Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, Phuket, Krabi, Hat Yai, and Narathiwat. The offer is available only for economy class, and a university or student card is a must to avail of the deal. Flyers must be aged between 18-24 years on the first flight departure date.

Senior offer: Thai senior citizens can fly anywhere within Thailand with this offer. Thai citizens aged 60 and above can enjoy discounted domestic flights for economy seats.

Important: All the offers above are valid for bookings and travel made by September 30, 2024.

Religious travellers: Monks, maechees (women monks), priests, and religious leaders with certificates of ordination or ID cards are eligible to fly domestically and internationally with Thai Airways’ special fare. The minimum age of the traveller must be 12 years. Travellers can book the discounted flights by September 30, 2024, and travel anytime after. Passengers can choose economy, economy plus, business and first class.
