Four Seasons Explorer offers a luxury floating resort experience in the pristine waters of Palau, one of the Seven Underwater Wonders of the World. This 39-meter (128-foot) luxury catamaran features three decks, 10 staterooms, and the lavish Explorer Suite, alongside a restaurant, bar, lounge, library, spa corner, and a PADI 5-Star Dive Centre.
Guests can explore 500,000 square kilometres of protected marine territory, including UNESCO World Heritage Islands, coral reefs, and hidden lagoons. Daily embarkations with no minimum stay allow flexibility, with experiences ranging from diving at Blue Corner and German Channel to cultural encounters and scenic bike tours. Accompanied by dive boats and tenders, the catamaran provides tailored itineraries for divers, eco-adventurers, and cultural explorers.
Aman Nai Lert Bangkok (2025)

Opening in 2025, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok will be Thailand’s first urban Aman hotel and residences, located within the seven-acre Nai Lert Park in central Bangkok. The park, established in 1915 by Thai developer Nai Lert, serves as a peaceful green space amidst the city. Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston, the hotel will feature 52 suites with wraparound views, open-air terraces, and a central atrium.
The property will offer multiple dining venues, a 1,500-square-metre Aman Spa & Wellness centre, and spaces for social and cultural gatherings. Residences will span 18 floors with options ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses. These will include private terraces, high ceilings, and views of the park and city.
The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection (Now Open)

The Park Lane Hong Kong marks the debut of Marriott’s Autograph Collection in the city, bringing a fresh approach to hospitality in the heart of Causeway Bay. With 820 guest rooms and suites, the hotel’s design emphasises functionality and understated luxury, offering views of Victoria Harbour, Victoria Park, or the city skyline.
Dining options include SKYE Roof Bar & Brasserie, which pairs innovative cuisine with panoramic views, and the immersive PLAYT concept featuring global culinary influences. With over 1,700 square meters of event space, the property caters to a wide range of occasions, from business meetings to private celebrations. Its central location ensures easy access to Hong Kong’s cultural, retail, and dining attractions.
Six Senses The Forestias, Thailand (2025)

Six Senses The Forestias will introduce a nature-focused retreat within a one-of-a-kind forest community in Thailand. Designed to emphasise close relationships and the therapeutic benefits of living near nature, the property combines wellness, sustainability, and hospitality.
At its heart, 27 residences surround a woodland lagoon, offering three to five-bedroom options with expansive living spaces. Guests and residents can enjoy natural trails, tai chi, and yoga sessions, seasonal festivals and curated lifestyle experiences. Six Senses Place, a wellness and social hub, will feature a central bar and lounge, co-working spaces, a restaurant, and wellness and treatment rooms.

Capella Kyoto, Japan (Mid 2025)
Opening in mid-2025, Capella Kyoto marks Capella Hotels and Resorts’ debut in Japan. Located in Kyoto’s Miyagawa-chō district, an area renowned for its geiko and maiko heritage, the four-story, 92-room hotel is designed by the acclaimed architectural firm Kengo Kuma and Associates. The property reflects Kyoto’s rich artistic traditions with curated Japanese artworks and architectural elements inspired by the Higashiyama culture.
Situated near iconic landmarks such as Kenninji Temple, Gion district, and Kiyomizu Temple, the hotel offers guests a connection to Kyoto’s cultural and historical identity. The hotel’s amenities include Capella’s Auriga Spa, offering private onsen-style treatment rooms, and three distinct dining options. There will also be a modern brasserie with a pâtisserie, a Japanese restaurant with a sunken garden, and Carte Blanche, an intimate venue offering omakase-style dining experiences.
Rosewood Miyakojima, Japan (March 2025)

Opening in March 2025, Rosewood Miyakojima will be Rosewood’s first property in Japan, located on Okinawa’s Miyakojima island. Situated amidst sugarcane fields and overlooking Oura Bay, the resort offers 55 accommodations, each with views of the island’s clear waters. Designed by Studio Piet Boon, the property incorporates local materials like Ryukyu limestone.

Andaz One Bangkok, Thailand (2025)

Set to open in 2025, Andaz One Bangkok will bring the Andaz brand’s focus on local culture and immersive experiences to the heart of the city. The Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur will occupy the top floors of Merdeka 11, known as the tallest skyscraper in Asia Pacific. Offering incredible views of the cityscape, the new luxury hotel will feature 252 rooms, designed to blend Malaysian heritage with contemporary elegance.
Waldorf Astoria Osaka, Japan (April 2025)

Located in the Umekita area of Osaka, Waldorf Astoria Osaka will occupy 12 floors of a 39-story high-rise as part of the Umekita Second Project. Designed by Andre Fu, the hotel will offer 252 guest rooms starting at 50 square meters, complemented by three distinctive dining venues, including the iconic Peacock Alley lounge and bar.
Guests will have access to the indoor pool, wellness centre, fitness facilities, and dedicated personal concierges. The hotel also features a wedding chapel and extensive banquet and meeting spaces, catering to both celebratory and business events. It’s central location places it within an hour’s travel to Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara.
