Emirates opens their largest international lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Emirates Airlines officially opened its largest international lounge at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, located mere five minutes from boarding gates.

The Lounge, located in Thailand’s busiest airport, has moved to Satellite 1 Terminal (SAT-1) and underwent a refurbishment costing THB 170,390,000 (approximately USD 5 million).

The new space, spread across 1,454 square metres, will accommodate 250 guests. Its massive size will facilitate the premium passengers of two A380 flights with simultaneous departures.

All you need to know about the new Emirates Lounge in Thailand

The airline is among the first to relocate its lounge to the SAT-1 Terminal, bringing the comfort and elegance of Emirates through its exceptional facilities. Situated on the fourth floor, the lounge is merely a 5-minute walk from the boarding gates.

The new Emirates lounge in Thailand will be available to the airline’s first and business-class passengers and Skywards members. The lounge offers shower spas, complimentary Wi-Fi, an exquisite selection of food and beverages, upscale furnishings, and a tranquil ambience.

Emirates operates 41 airport lounges, comprising seven at Dubai International Airport and 34 at destinations along its global routes.

Beyond its flagship lounges in Dubai, this Emirates lounge in Thailand will be the most impressive international facility. Bangkok is Emirates’ second-largest destination for first and business-class passengers from Dubai, featuring five daily flights. Phuket follows with two daily flights, and there is a daily non-stop service between Bangkok and Hong Kong.
